Special Terms and Conditions
Boarding is forbidden for individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Passengers must not stand or sit on the boat's railing.
Boat rentals and departures are subject to favorable weather conditions, wind speed, and approval from port authorities.
Renters must ensure that children are wearing life jackets throughout the trip.
Renters must receive complete information from our staff and comply with all safety and navigation rules as stipulated by regulations and the rental agreement.
The maximum number of passengers is listed in the boat’s specifications.
Renters should arrive at the boat delivery location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure for a briefing. If unable to do so, they must promptly inform company staff.
Boat rentals will not be processed in adverse weather conditions.
Reservation Policy
On our website, you can view our boats, their availability, and our services. You can make your reservation and complete payment through the website.
Payment Methods
Our website supports various payment methods for reservations:
Credit/debit card
Confirmation of rental and necessary tax receipts will be provided in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Alternatively, the rental can be rescheduled upon request.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will result in forfeiture of the total rental amount.
In cases of adverse weather that prevents departure on the rental day, a full refund will be issued, or the rental can be rescheduled upon request.
